Project: AAA RPG

This award-winning UK developer has set its sights on crafting an entirely new AAA Open World RPG. To achieve this goal, they are seeking a Lead Cinematic Animator, to help build and lead their cinematic team.

You will work closely with the Cinematic Director, to guide the cinematic animation style and direction. Leading the team creating goals and guiding work to align those goals in line with the project vision. Leveraging your expertise in order to inspire and mentor members of the team as well as work with other leads to build an achievable cinematic production plan.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven background in Games Cinematics demonstrated in a Reel.
• Able to set clear team goals and guide both the project and cinematic direction.
• Good understanding of the animation pipeline and processes from conception to final implementation.
• Strong knowledge of current 3D software, Maya, 3DS Max and Motion Builder.
• Ability to collaborate well with other departments.
• Expert knowledge of storytelling and animation principles and techniques.
• An enthusiastic team player capable of learning new techniques and educating others.
