Our client is a developer with an excellent catalogue of games to their names. Partnered with the world’s greatest games publishers they have a wide variety of projects in development.

With continued expansion they are now looking for a Lead Artist to join their talented and passionate team in Brighton. You will need to capable of leading art teams and have completed several AAA titles.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Wide-ranging understanding of Art production on AAA games.
  • Expert understanding of 3D pipelines and asset management.
  • Broad communication and planning skills.
  • Proven background having completed numerous AAA titles, preferably at least one as Lead Artist or a comparable position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly responsible for delivering all aspects of the art on an exciting original I.P.
  • Take the lead in driving the visual quality and standards to the top level.
  • Have a key role in defining the art style of the new project.
  • Oversee all the various art disciplines.
  • Assist production with estimates and scheduling.
  • Help and report directly to the Art Director.
