FTC Junior Software Developer in Test – Video Games – Dublin

By working as an external development partner, they enable leading content creators and publishers to leverage their expertise and capacity across the life cycle of interactive content. They are trusted and relied upon by many of the world’s leading video game companies to work alongside them during concept, development and live operations.

As Junior Software Developer in Test, you will assist with planning, managing review and bug creation resulting from compliance test tools to identify and mitigate compliance risk in our client services and products.



  • Help in the evaluation and reporting of the results of weekly centralized Compliance testing.
  • Assist in identifying/verifying issues by triaging resulting from testing.
  • Verify context of potentially issue to determine the need to write a bug.
  • Tracking issues and evaluating status against defined criteria.
  • Oversee Compliance bug creation via test harness automation or manual bug writing as needed.
  • Schedule results of Compliance scans, schedule reviews, and the designated reviewers.
  • Triage, track, and assign Compliance


  • Professional related experience as a Software Engineer in Test.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Experience with testing and quality control tools and methods.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with current Microsoft products (Windows, Office Suite).
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create reporting queries through logical expressions.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in a foreign language (in addition to fluent English).
  • Experience in source code tools and code documentation.
  • Ability to read C and C# code.
