OPM is working with a well-established and ambitious games development studio located in Berlin. They are seeking an experience Junior Marketing Manager to join their team to work on their cross platform MMO RPG title, which is the core game of the studio as they continue to expand on build on its success.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Professional experience with online marketing in the games industry.
• Experience with performance marketing, particularly Google Ads and Facebook.
• Analytically focused marketing mind.
• Able produce engaging and inspiring copy.
• Experience establishing and adjusting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Passionate gamer and aware of and following the F2P trends in the industry.
• Good English language skills with German language skills as a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce, maintain, and analyse performance marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and implementing creative marketing campaigns.
• Synchronise with the content and social media team to maximise impact.
• Increase overall visibility and brand recognition of the title.
• Help in the creation of creative assets and copy.
