HR Director – Hybrid – Barcelona, Spain – AAA Games Developer

One Player Missions’ client are looking for an experiences HR Director to spearhead their HR team. 

The successful candidate will manage complex HR topics and develop HR strategies for their AAA studio.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a HR Director role or similar within a video game company. 
• Extensive experience and knowledge in talent management practices and tools. 
• Mastery of the English language. 
• Experience leading HR teams on a global scale. 
• Strong cross cultured communication skills . 
• Deep knowledge of the AAA games industry.
• Proven track record of scaling operations teams in the games industry is a plus.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the studios mission. 
• Act as a strategic business advisor to senior leadership inside the studio. Understand the policies of HQ and effectively communicate them internally. 
• Assess, design and implement the talent management strategy. 
• Evaluate and implement different types of controls to manage risk and maintain compliance. 
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. 
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
