Our client creates innovative games for mobile devices. The biggest growing section of the games market. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated person to come and join the Production team in the studio.

The Head of Production will be using a range of experience, leadership and passion to steer the studios products from conception to completion. As well as developing the products the Head of Production role will be heavily focused on the development of the production and wider team to ensure that they are constantly moving forward and continues to be at the cutting edge of mobile games development.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the internal development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with team members and clients to ensure all needs, requirements and expectations are met
• Feature planning and management of update schedules
• Produce Production Reports, monitor project costs, and stay abreast of new developing digital production technologies, work flows and games
• Deliver builds and reports to clients
• Build and develop the Production team
• Be the hub of communication for all project progress, resource allocation status, and change management
• Take a key role in the senior management team and decision making

Required:

• The ability to demonstrate leadership and communication skills within creative teams
• Knowledge of the mobile market, handset limitations and player expectations
• Knowledge of Agile development methods essential (SCRUM)
• World class planning and problem-solving skills
• Great communicator
• Expert with office software packages
• Knowledge of current trends in mobile games
• Developed multiple games from conception to completion
• Previous production experience a requirement
• Knowledge of key KPIs and their impact on games
• Jira mastery
