This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-established & successful games studio, which is developing an ever-growing number of self-published games. Led by a team of industry veterans, there is an infinite amount of knowledge within this company, who currently have over 250 employees.
The studio is looking for a Graphic Designer to provide studio wide support for all projects. The applicant should be highly creative, comfortable with all aspects of design for digital and print, and able to work well both individually and as part of a team.
The creation and delivery of a range of multi-purpose graphic design work. Working closely with the Publishing team to create a wide variety of communications that enhance and support the studio, its products and continuing success. The role could involve taking a simple hand-drawn scamp or comprehensive written brief and creating best in class design solutions.
From a design perspective, you will be collaborating with creative, publishing and development teams to create compelling design solutions across a wide variety of print materials, digital platforms, and presentation formats ensuring that designs meet/exceed the publishing teams’ expectations, on deadline, on budget and on brand.
You will be required to develop visually engaging and technically accurate graphical materials to specification as well as providing accurate development of production artwork and the timely provision of artwork files to meet production deadlines. You will assist in proof accuracy and approvals.
The position would suit a passionate graphic designer who is looking to add value but gain recognition for their ideas. Natural, creative flair is a must! You will be joining a small, friendly team at an exciting time therefore an easy going, responsive nature is a must as is the ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent communication at all times is essential.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a full time in-house position and requires a portfolio that expresses your creative flair, whilst corporate work will show your technical ability; this role is for a games studio, so we need to see your creativity and imagination.
The successful candidates will receive a competitive salary dependant on their skills and experience.
