At home in the vibrant city-centre studio in the heart of Birmingham in a brand new studio, you will be working closely with the exec producers and developers alike to drive the rolling studio program, shaping the company’s highest-profile racing title toward a truly genre-defining experience. Driving progress milestones, risks and issues will be your bread-and-butter, and you will have the chance to operate with a balance of autonomy, trust and support to push project lifecycles.

This is an internal production role, developer facing and directly managing the delivery of a broad range of disciplines, so they cannot consider pure external producers for this role.

If you’ve already proven your credentials through Certified PM techniques such as Scrum this is good to know, but it’s your contribution to the winning team that counts. They have an excellent benefits package, remuneration and flexible working arrangements set in a can-do culture.

Requirements:

  • Professional Games Industry experience in a Production role
  • Experience of full development lifecycle (pre-production through to release)
  • Direct management of development (internal production)
  • Experience of project managing multiple development disciplines
  • Strong understanding of Agile PM techniques
  • Experience of different PM software (e.g. Jira, Hansoft, Trello)
  • Released titles
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project)

  • Console experience
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Experience of other PM methodologies (Waterfall, Prince2)
