This vacancy requires relocation to Munich, to start work either remotely or onsite and then onsite full time once it's permitted.

OPM’s client is seeking a talented and Experienced Game Designer to join their passionate team.

The successful candidate will help shape and sheer the studio as they grow and develop.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrable analytical and iterative approach to solving design problems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates game design skills and methodology.
• Clear understanding of UX, consumer needs, and behaviours
• A solution-driven attitude, positive mindset, and a pro-active work ethic
• Knowledge and love of video games

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Solid industry experience with a minimum of 1 shipped game
• Ambition to build and lead a design team that will go on to create world-class games
• Knowledge of in-game economies and micro-transactions a significant asset
• Unity and Unreal Engine experience
