Project: Browser Games

OPM are working with a well-established developer based in the city of Cologne. Formed over 10 years ago and currently working on multiple browser games. They are currently looking for an experienced Frontend Developer in Haxe.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid knowledge of Haxe and/or ActionScript
• Good experience with native mobile development for iOS and Android
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and are willing to learn new programming languages
• Well versed in writing good clean code
• Proficient English language skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the frontend for current and future browser game as a member of an open-minded team
• Participate creatively in the development process (from planning to conception to implementation)
• Implement high-performance code for the applications in Haxe
• Constantly evaluate new possibilities to optimize the product and bring yourself with new ideas into the product development
• Use your expertise as a valued contact for technical questions – both in-house and in communication with other locations

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Good experience with AngularJS and Gradle
• Experience with Git/Perforce
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with SCRUM or are familiar to working agile
• Proficient with German language skills
