French Customer Service Agent – Console and PC Games – East Midlands – 6 Month Contract

Are you a results driven, passionate individual with love for both gaming and customer support? If so, my Client, a AAA Game Studio, may be interested in speaking with you!

The studio is looking for a Customer Service Agent, with fluently in French, to demonstrate an understanding of the need for constant review of policies and procedures, fine-tuning and consistency.


  • Report directly to the Customer Services Manager to ensure transparent communication
  • Develop and assist the building of the customer services team to keep up with the growth of the company
  • Prepare and deliver training and presentations by creating guides and training documentation to result in up-to-date industry knowledge and skills
  • Conduct quality checks on agents and assist in Terms of Service violation investigations

There is also a possibility that you may be required to occasionally travel internationally to train external teams.


  • Fluent spoken and written French as well as excellent English
  • Extensive training/educational experience within a Customer Service role
  • Ability to inspire others with an upbeat approach to take direction
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams (including remote teams) and personalities
  • Self-starter, capable of working without supervision
  • Superb communications and presentation skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and presentation software


  • Previous Terms of Service/EULA Enforcement roles
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar Customer Support Helpdesk software
  • Significant interest in PC and Xbox gaming
  • Capable of occasional domestic and international travel

Please note: this studio is based in a location that doesn’t have any public transport routes. Therefore, a candidate with their own transport will be best suited to this role.
