Our client is looking for a data-driven and structured Feedback Analyst to join them at their Oslo office and the right candidate will be part of the Community team within the Marketing department. The Feedback Analyst will report to the Community Director and will also be working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Producer on the game teams.
The Feedback Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analysing user experience and feedback data and communicating this to both the development team and company management with the clear goal of improving their products and services. Data include bug reports, player opinions, reported issues, feedback threads, player behavior and more, and will come from a variety of sources including forums, social media, press articles, chat rooms, and from within the games themselves.
The right individual must be data-driven, structured, and capable of turning significant amounts of data into digestible and actionable reports.
