This developer has been making great games for over 30 years! They have a rich and unrivalled heritage of multiple award-winning racing games that any gamer will recognise. Working at this studio you will deliver AAA standard games, have your ideas heard, be valued and recognised for your contributions.

The successful candidate be influential in creating and shaping the gameplay experience of their upcoming project. They are seeking someone who relishes working for themselves but can also bounce around ideas and actions from the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Play and make level design improvements to games currently in development
• Designing new level features
• To communicate regularly with other development team members on game balancing issues
• Keep up to date with latest associative gaming trends, design methodologies and production techniques
• Communicate clearly with the design and development teams, ensuring documentation is fully understood and implemented correctly
• Support the Lead Designer by mentoring junior members of the design team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong industry experience with at least one published AAA title in a design role
• Strong understanding of level design
• Passionate about creating gameplay experiences
• Worked with a diverse multi-cultural team
