OPM’s client are currently seeking a talented Experienced F2P Designer to join their passionate and talented team.


  • Experience in F2P game design
  • In-depth understanding of live ops / GaaS
  • Extensive knowledge in various aspects of game design (system, narrative design, UI/UX)
  • Able to analyse gameplay data, sales performance and player sentiment to improve the game
  • Background in F2P development from prototype to production and into the live service lifetime of the game
  • Solutions-driven mentality


  • Experience on at least one free-to-play and / or live AAA console/PC title
  • Understanding of Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of multiplayer combat games
  • Understanding of multiplayer vehicle games


  • Assist to establish and communicate the F2P game vision with the Game Director and creative team
  • Research, develop and design new F2P products and features
  • Remain up to date with the latest GaaS market trends
  • Evaluate and improve game mechanics and features based on playability, analytics, A/B testing and community sentiment
  • Seek to increase quality standards for live ops, helping deliver narrative-driven experiences and events
  • Communicate Game Design requirements in the most relevant format across all functional teams.
  • Take part in user tests, beta tests, and round up reviews to help with ongoing F2P direction
