Executive Producer – Warsaw, Poland – AAA Shooter

OPM’s client, an international publisher and developer of popular console and PC video games, is currently looking for an Executive Producer to be in charge of various development projects in production and running their current projects in parallel. They need an experienced games executive with core experience in managing game development projects for next gen consoles and PC, evolving high performance game development teams and structures.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strongly focused on production and management (overseeing schedules, budgets, pipelines and workflows, managing milestone content, change and risk treatments.).
• Developing partner relationships – oversee and select outsourcing partners and negotiate terms and conditions with external contractors.
• Organizing the project team in all aspects – bridging communication cross team and company as well as promoting teamwork (approximately 90 people)
• Plan for all resources needed to complete the projects.
• Facilitate communication of the overall project status, progress, issues, and risks to management.
• Track progress and identify issues and risks throughout the product’s life cycle.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Credits as Senior Producer or Executive Producer for games, (preferably on PC or next gen console) and several games developed from concept to box; (Shooter game experience will be a big advantage).
• True leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of SCRUM.
• Flexibility and adaptability working in a growth business.
• Extremely strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently and a high degree of individual initiative and commitment.
• Fluency in English.
