Project: Multiplayer FPS

OPM are partnered with an acclaimed game development studio based in Warsaw, that has established a reputation of high quality and passion, with its history of developing FPS titles.

The successful candidate will apply their expertise in Unreal Engine to improve existing workflows and develop new ones with a constant focus on scalability, performance, and memory usage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional experience as an Engine Programmer or a similar role for a shipped game
• Strong C++ programming skills
• Good experience with Unreal Engine 4
• Strong computer science and a maths background
• Experience profiling and optimising code for optimal CPU, GPU, memory, and bandwidth usage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining core engine features
• Monitoring, maintaining, and optimising the performance of the game
• Communicating ideas, intent, and constraints to both technical and non-technical team members
• Debugging and bug fixing
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining core game pipelines
