Digital Sales Executive – AAA Games – Midlands, UK

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing sales team supporting the Digital Sales Manager setting-up, managing and optimising product presence on digital store fronts.


Our client’s sales & marketing team is a passionate and growing, multi-discipline team spanning marketing, product, communications, growth, creative services, operations and sales, who are dedicated to spreading the message about world class games to a global audience of gamers and motorsports fans. As part of the sales & marketing team you will be at the interface between award-winning development teams, players and business customers, shaping their product roadmap, setting global go to market strategy, leading global communications, managing digital distribution and steering sales and marketing partnerships around the globe.


Positive outcomes would include:

  • Product listings are up on time and fully localised in line with key marketing beats
  • Digital SKUs are well presented and optimised for search and conversion
  • User comments, questions and reviews are triaged with the comms team and proactively managed

Duties include:

  • Planning and inputting metadata for digital SKUs including service content, DLC and bundles
  • Key operational point of contact with digital distribution partners for service content including Steam, Sony, Microsoft, Google Stadia, Epic, Oculus, Apple, Google Play, GMG and others
  • Configuration of service content for digital distribution partners
  • Delivery and management of marketing assets, promotional materials, localized sales text to relevant distribution partners
  • Collaborating with distribution partners on Amazon A+ metadata, assets and user questions and reviews to optimise global Amazon store presence and review score average
  • Assisting the Sales team in other Sales initiatives
  • Liaising with Licensing, Operations, Localization and Marketing teams
  • Reporting and tracking service content sales, trends, performance and consumer sentiment


  • This is an entry level/ near entry level role for a recent graduate or career-changer with a global outlook
  • Experience with Steam/ PlayStation Store/ Xbox Store preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including good telephone manner
  • Self-starting and entrepreneurial with a growth mindset
  • Able to work well under pressure and deliver against deadlines as part of a team
  • Demonstrates curiosity, flexibility and an eagerness to keep learning and experimenting
  • Undergraduate degree or comparable experience
  • Spreadsheet literate
  • Detail orientated
  • Apprenticeship options available
