They are seeking Development Manager to join development on an unannounced online multiplayer shooter.

With the project still in the early stages of development, this is a good opportunity to make a significant impact on AAA title as a key member or the Production team.


  • Good experience in PC and Console production, having shipped multiple AAA titles.
  • Significant experience managing software development.
  • Deep knowledge of games development including team dynamics, common development hurdles, game engines and technology, development milestone definitions etc.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Able to establish schedules, monitor, and update progress.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, and with SCRUM teams.
  • Experience with Outsourcing.


  • Oversee the growing project management team.
  • Ownership of the production roadmap, budget, and resource plans.
  • Ownership of the Agile development process.
  • Cooperate with cross-discipline teams to produce clear plans and help scope the project.
  • Drive teams to deliver on-time & on-budget results at AAA quality.
  • Maintain clear documentation on sprint goals.
  • Cooperate with QA and design to prioritise bug fixes and tuning.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early and communicate them clearly.
  • Manage end of sprint reporting and take a key role in process improvement.
  • Manage the process and structure of the functional teams.
  • Own all aspects of external production.

DESIRED SKILLS (good to have):

  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4.
  • Appropriate education.
  • Experience as a Development Manager or Project Manager in gaming.
