Data Science Director – Paris – AAA Games

OPM are working closely with a global developer/publisher seeking an experienced Data Science Director to join the SVP Production and SVP Sales & Marketing to work on cutting-edge Data Science projects, analyzing our data base of more than one billion world-wide users.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists
• Mentor and hire the best data scientists to help you preform your tasks
• Applies artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to solve complex questions about Game Analysis (Churn prediction, LTV, etc)
• Work closely with field experts (Director of Monetisation, User Acquisition Manager, etc) to define their business needs and adapt your algorithms to them.
• Manage the team priorities and workload

Skills/Experience Required:

• Strong experience of Python and SQL
• You are able to create models and complex algorithms
• You have managed a team of highly experienced analysts in either -games or e-commerce industry.
• English fluency is a must, French a plus.
