The CRM Product Owner is responsible to carry the vision and long term plan for the CRM systems used in their games. Reporting to the VP of Monetization, he/she ensures that the needs of the different clients are translated into features that will make live games more effective in their communication and targeting of players. To accomplish this, he/she maintains daily contacts with the CRM development team and ensures deliveries match stakeholder expectations.

Your main challenges will include:

• Oversee the roadmap and vision for the company’s CRM systems
• Translate client needs into features and prioritize them
• Be the link between the game teams and the CRM team
• Regularly report to C-level on the tools’ status and resources
• Continuously benchmark market solutions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Operational Marketing or E-commerce or Games Live Ops
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field; Master is a plus
• Complete fluency in English, both written and orally
• Experience working with technical teams
• Passion for games on any platform!
• Result-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Very highly organized and accustomed to work in an Agile team
