You will be the spearhead in driving meaningful, engaging, and rewarding experiences for players, via segmented and smart internal and external mass communication channels. Working alongside the games’ live ops team, you will experiment, test and challenge the games engagement and retention metrics and push for results.
Our client does not currently have a CRM function on their team. You will pioneer the methodical approach to CRM and help build this function from the ground up. They are all self-starters. That means owning end-to-end every aspect of the role and executing to your best ability.
You will have full access to their art and analytics teams to help make your projects and ideas a success, and use your skills, energy, data and creativity to plan and execute segmented CRM strategy to retain and enhance the experience of our players.
