OPM’s client, a well-known games development studio famous for their major MMO titles, is currently building a team in London to lead development on a new and highly ambitious title. They’re growing a relatively small, tight-knit team, capable of delivering big ideas through experience, smart process, and world-class tools.

They’re currently looking for a talented and experienced Creative Director to join this growing team, responsible for leading the creative vision of their project, and providing support, mentoring and guidance to the wider team

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track-record as a Director on multiple high-profile titles.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Shipped a minimum of one title in a Director position on a prominent multiplayer title
• Fantastic games knowledge especially in MMOs and Action games
• Solid understanding of game production design process and methodology
• An excellent grasp of numbers, especially with respect to game modelling techniques
• Expertise in a wide body of disciplines including design, audio, animation and more
• Ability to balance the impacts of deadlines and resources with creative and quality requirements
• Experience with the UE4 and blueprints is a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mentor and guide the team toward a unified creative vision
• Drive the vision and delivery of the project as part of a wider project leadership team
• Own the creative vision
• Responsible for driving high quality feature implementation
• Implement, iterate and improve on a creative and feature implementation process, together with the broader project leadership team
