Our client is an independently-owned studio on the outskirts of London, and they’re all about crafting engaging multiplayer experiences. They’re now expanding the team for exciting new projects on PC and console, and are looking for superstars to help us make this happen.


 The Role

As a core-technology Programmer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining new features on a large multiplayer PC game. You will frequently work with other disciplines (Production, QA, Gameplay, Design) to ensure the game is realized at a high level of quality, performance, and stability.


 You will

  • Rendering features, visual effects
  • Low-level systems, including physics
  • Performance and memory optimizations


 Essential Skills and Experience

  • Experienced and proficient in C++
  • Professional experience as an engine programmer with at least 1 shipped title
  • Experience in graphics programming (DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan)
  • Ability to write clear, maintainable, performant code
  • Strong Math skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills


 Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience with shaders, VFX
  • DirectX expertise
  • Experience or interest in Gameplay programming
  • Experience or interest in AI
  • Knowledge of Python
