I am pleased to be working with one of the world’s leading independent video game developers who develop both Licenced IPs and their own products for console, handheld devices and mobile platforms.

They are looking for a Community Manager to join their successful team based in Malta. As a member of the Live OPS team, you will engage directly with their players, through multiple avenues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good experience in community management or customer support in games.
• Experienced with using Adobe Creative Suite
• Discrete with handling personal and confidential information
• Experience in running social media accounts with a highly engaged audience
• Able to adapt to changing situations
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Passion for mobile and free-to-play games is desired
• Strong creative writing skills would be a bonus (you may be given the chance to contribute to the narrative process of games)
• Able to travel across Europe when necessary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing their customer support response, handling incoming queries and resolving issues to the satisfaction of their players.
• Compose responses to player reviews
• Generate reports giving insight into frequently reported issues
• Management of all social media accounts featuring their games
• Composing and scheduling social media posts, including creating all visuals and videos that accompany them including app release notes
