They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Community Growth Manager with a passion for Web3 technology and gaming. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and promoting digital products and a creative mindset using community growth strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in product marketing/ community growth within the gaming or technology industry, with a focus on digital products or platforms.
- Profound knowledge of Web3 technology, blockchain, and NFTs, with a genuine interest in the gaming space.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms like Discord, TikTok, Twitter, and others for marketing purposes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player behaviour and preferences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth strategy aligned with the company’s goals, values, and leveraging web3 knowledge.
- Curate and create compelling content that resonates with the community, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and event promotions.
- Foster conversations and interactions among community members, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Utilise web3 knowledge to explore innovative ways of engaging the community and enhancing their experience.
- Plan, organise, and manage community events, both online and offline, to facilitate networking, knowledge sharing, and relationship building.
- Monitor and analyse community engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, partners, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and advocacy.
- Develop strategies to expand the community’s reach and attract new members through targeted outreach, partnerships, and referral programs.
- Leverage social media platforms and web3 knowledge to amplify community reach and engagement.
