Project: AAA Console/PC Game

OPMs client is a UK games developer with a rich portfolio of action adventure games. They keep high production values close to their heart and it shows in all their games. They are seeking an Combat Designer to join their team in Cambridge.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You are passionate about player experience & combat design
• You have practical experience with designing combat mechanics on a successful high-end character focused action game.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing, creating, and implementing systems and mechanics for full scale and incidental combat, that are unparalleled in the games industry.
• Utilising custom tools and Unreal Engine, you will build character combat mechanics from scratch, through to implementation.
• Collaborate with a cross-discipline team including animation tech, audio, code, and actors.??
