This award-winning UK developer is seeking a Cinematic Animator to join development on their upcoming open world RPG using a world-famous IP.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional animation experience in cinematic animation
• Ability to convey emotion through realistic performance as demonstrated in your reel
• Adept in Maya and MotionBuilder
• Experience working with motion capture
• Familiarity with game engines

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Blocking out animations
• Rapidly iterating on previs
• Working alongside the Lead, Director, and cinematic team to discover the best performance
• Collaborating with design to implement cinematics into the engine and testing to make sure they fit within the game
• Polishing motion capture animation and adding to its performance
• Producing content for cutscenes, in-game cinematics, and bespoke animations
• Tracking time and tasks, and frequently showing progress to the team
