OPM is happy to be working with an innovative client looking for a Business Development Manager to develop relationships and grow new business revenue within the games industry either working in their office based in London or from home.

This position is perfect for an engaging, personable, enthusiastic and results-orientated individual, with a passion for games and helping developers through post and preproduction services. Growth will be driven through growing and managing relationships with a dedicated client base in Europe through creative solutions matching to developer’s needs. The successful candidate will have a track record of exceeding KPI’s through cultivating and growing relationships.


  • Developing and long-term relationships with producers and decision makers at other studios.
  • Generating business within the European games market focusing on PC and Console.
  • Developing a partnerships strategy with other key stakeholders.
  • Attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows and more.
  • Managing the full sales cycle.
  • Working collaboratively with the delivery teams to creative effective solutions.
  • Creating a client base through content lead outreach campaigns.


  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships or significant experience of selecting and managing outsourced vendors.
  • An existing network of contacts within the games industry would be a plus.
  • Experience managing a revenue pipeline.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Passion for gaming.
  • Comfortable working in an informal environment.
