Project: AAA Games

OPM are working with an established AAA studio located in Warsaw, Poland, who are seeking talented and experienced Build Engineer top join development on their latest title.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional experience as a Build Engineer/Release Manager in games development
• Professional experience with setup, configuration, and maintenance of CI systems
• Solid C++ & C# skills and experience
• Advanced understanding of Perforce
• Proficient with distributed build systems such as FASTBuild/IncrediBuild
• Great English communication skills both verbal and written
• Open-minded team player who is willing to learn new things and share existing knowledge
• Passionate about games industry and games development

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Automation systems:

• Collaborate with studio departments to deliver the needs for the construction, packaging, deployment, and testing tools
• Establish and maintain DevOps practices to assist all development activities
• Understand risks and effects of branches and code merges and offer mitigation strategies
• Assist with IT architecture design
• Assess and integrate new tools and technologies to improve productivity

Release management:

• Plan and oversee all release activities
• Prepare and present all technical and release documentation
• Design, deployment, and maintenance of the build delivery system

DESIRED SKILLS (good to have):

• Generalist background in programming
• Skilled with Atlassian software such as JIRA and Confluence
• Skilled with artifacts repository systems
• Skilled with test automation systems
• Professional experience using Unreal Engine
• Polish language skills
