Associate Producer – Console and PC – Amsterdam

OPM continue to support this successful game developer who based in Amsterdam, and who also have overseas offices as they are looking to hire an Associate Producer.

As an Associate Producer, You will be part of the Animation and Gameplay team and will work closely with animators, artists, programmers and QA team members in order to effectively drive the production of new game features, maintaining the stability of the live products and continuously improve their quality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Producer to drive progress and improve the game throughout development
• Coordinate and track schedules, identify current and future risks and troubleshoot communication problems
• Improve the game’s quality by evaluating builds and pushing for accountability
• Learn new production, design and communication techniques

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess risks and set out contingency plans
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of PC and console gaming
• Speaks English
• Proven, professional experience working in a game development environment
• Ability to work full-time in Amsterdam, Netherlands

Following is a plus:

• Experience working with bug-trackers (JIRA preferably)
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine (preferably UE4)
• Speaks Korean
