Associate Creative Director – AAA Console & PC Games – Poland – Permanent

Project: AAA Console/PC Games

OPMs client is on the lookout for a Associate Creative Director to join their team working on a AAA project. They have 3 studios based in Poland and have been around for over 10 years. They have released some amazing titles and are now working on an amazing project to continue to develop their title library.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in game design with a minimum of 2 shipped titles
• Passion for the games development industry
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
• Capability to manage their time and work within deadlines
• Capability to write clear and concise documentation
• Strong technical and math skills are an advantage
• Relevant design experience in the genre or platform (Action RPG/F2P/Live Service)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and managing various game systems through the full cycle of production from conception to finalization
• Understanding high-level game concepts and translating them into detailed designs
• Balancing and adjusting gameplay experiences to ensure the critical and commercial success of the product
• Working closely with the Creative, Art, and Gameplay Programming teams
• Working closely with our publishing partner
• Identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs
• Mentoring other Designers
• Collaborating with the Tool and Engine teams in order to improve the game design workflow
