Assistant Producer – UK – Salary Neg – Games – 12 month initial contract

The Assistant Producer will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day processes across the team. Working closely with squad leads, attending daily squad/team stand-ups and driving the delivery of roadmap features. With a close eye on stability & performance they will also be responsible for managing daily playtests, setting objectives and measuring their success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Teams on a day to day basis through Squad Catch-ups and Daily Stand-ups, removing blockers and championing the right level of complexity for features
  • Working to ensure that teams continue to be empowered to make decisions and define solutions
  • Driving the value releases alongside squad leaders to ensure we are delivering features as soon as the value exists
  • Work with teams to identify new work, understand priorities and dependencies before adding to the roadmap
  • Own the daily playtests & build reviews ensuring sessions have clear objectives and the output is actioned in a timely manner
  • Support the wider production team by keeping the project moving forward at all times

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience on games products in a production/project management role
  • Work well in a team environment, possess strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with complex situations
  • Strong self-motivation and attention to detail
  • Passionate about games
