OPM are proud to be working with a globally recognised games developer based in Paris.

The company are responsible for some of the most successful and well known IPS in the Games Industry.

Currently looking for the elusive Animation Programmer to join the team on a high-profile shooter title.

You will be responsible for improving and assisting with the development of the animation system in place on the project in an effort to improve the overall animation quality. Reporting to lead programmer, you will be collaborating with other programmers, animators, riggers and designers.


  • Improving the character/creature animation system.
  • Developing interfaces with game systems (AI, control of characters, etc.),
  • Developing tools to be used by gameplay programmers and animators,
  • Developing tools and technologies for procedural animations,
  • Ensuring technological monitoring and showing a marked interest in R&D.



  • Training at engineering school level with a solid background in mathematics, 3D and computer graphics,
  • Extensive experience in the video game industry including programming experience focused on character animation,
  • Excellent skills in C++ programming,
  • Knowledge of Maya, 3DS Max, Motion Builder and other animation software,
  • Experience in multi-threaded game engine programming,
  • Strong ability to adapt and work in a team,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in English.
