This developer is a world class team of diverse and multi-national talent who are well known for crafting memorable gaming experiences. Due to the immense success of their franchise they require experienced 3D Animators to work in their gameplay team on a project that is part of a well-known and much loved universe. Junior Animators with strong demo reels are welcome too.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3D Animation Demo Reel, show casing excellent animation ability, especially creature work
• Experienced creating gameplay animations and knowledge of implementing animations in-game
• Have an understanding of animation pipeline from conceptual phase to deployment
• Excellent hand-key animation skills for both human and creatures
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work well within a small team with a passion for games
• A thorough understanding of game pipelines and gameplay mechanics
• Proficiency in Maya and/or MotionBuilder
• Any experience with motion capture is a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You’ll report to the Lead Animator
• Using a mix of Keyframe and/or working with Mocap create and implement high quality animations
• Developing animation systems for games
• Liaise across departments to push content and new concepts through
• Listen to constructive feedback, adapt accordingly and complete tasks by the assigned due dates
