They are seeking a experienced Console Gameplay Programmers help redefine the way people play video games in a fun environment where you are able to express your creativity and passion for games.

You will join a fast-growing, dynamic games studio to work on cutting edge technology and exciting new games for PS4 and PS5, Xbox One and Series X and PC.

You will take ownership and responsibility for developing features, work with the wider team on planning and delivery and share a passion for games.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Work in cooperation with other Game Programmers, technology programmers, artists, animators, and level designers to design, implement, polish, debug and optimize high quality gameplay features and systems.
  • Analyse and refactor code to optimize performance.
  • Take ownership (in collaboration with the team) to ensure that features and systems implemented are presented at quality within the game experience.
  • Meet project deadlines and milestones as determined by Production.
  • Write clean, professional, and maintainable code.
  • Accurately schedule tasks and complete them on time, with an understanding of and appreciation for milestones, schedules, deadlines and efficient development processes.
  • Proactively problem-solve performance and stability issues when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems as they arise and construct solutions to unforeseen design problems in a timely manner.
  • Create/meet project deadlines & milestones as determined by Game Programming Manager.
  • Provide technical support to programming team.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
 

  • Proven commercial Games experience  with shipped game on relevant platforms
  • Proficient in C/C++/C# and object-oriented programming.
  • Strong debugging skills with ability to work in a large existing codebase, learn new systems/concepts and implement them quickly and efficiently.
  • Game knowledge and passion and an understanding of the design principles behind games.
  • Console programming experience (Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox ONE, or PS4).
  • Game programming discipline mastery, able to produce high quality and high-volume work.
  • Proven coding skills, self-directed, capable of working on projects independently.
  • Ability to work well in a fluid, changing environment as creative challenges evolve.

One Player Mission’s client, a developer of popular single and multiplayer multiplatform games, is currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Programmer to join their team.

As a Senior UI/UX Programmer, you will use your experience both to improve the usability and accessibility of existing game features, as well as craft the user experience of features still in development. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI programming
  • Experience working on PC or console games
  • Good knowledge of C++
  • Strong communication skills (English is our working language)
  • An interest in keeping up to date with the newest trends in UI in the industry

RESPONISBILITIES:

  • Plan and implement UI systems for our upcoming DUNE sandbox survival game.
  • Work closely with the UX designers and UI artists to ensure that UIs meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Careful attention to detail, especially with regard to compliance, layout, and design.
  • Optimize and fix bugs in existing UI systems.
  • Write robust, maintainable code.
  • Mentor and support less experienced members of the team

One Player Missions client is looking for a Senior Technical Animator to join their Art and Design team. They have built a range of fitness games in the VR and MR industry, with world-class trainers and immersive dance classes! Their games have been downloaded by over a million people worldwide and have been featured in multiple major worldwide publications!

You’ll contribute towards building new workflows, establish animation tools, and be an integral part of shaping the company’s future art ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A solid understanding of animation fundamentals, human anatomy, and kinesiology.
  • Experience developing character pipelines.
  • Knowledge of the character creation process from initial concept to final rigging.
  • Expert knowledge of animation and the processes involved.
  • Excellent proficiency in Unity or Game Engine.
  • Experience with Maya or another motion builder.
  • Experience creating tools with C#.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute towards building new workflows and techniques.
  • Create pipelines for the next generation of VR avatars.
  • Help establish and maintain animation tools and processes.
  • Engage in character rigging/skinning, including hands, facial set-ups, and lip sync.
