We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Artist to join their team to help design and build build the next generation of accessible, multi-platform, genre-defining web3 experiences! You’ll be highly technical and possess the eye of an artist. Taking the lead developing and sourcing technical solutions and optimisations that are balanced to maximise the end visual quality and fidelity of their content.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An Artist-first mindset with solid engineering skills. Whilst you’re very technically inclined, you have developed an artistic eye.
  • Expert knowledge of content creation software, especially Maya, Blender, Houdini, Zbrush, Substance, and Photoshop. 
  • Expertise programming in languages such as Python & C#.
  • Experience developing for mobile and an excellent understanding of the performance characteristics of mobile hardware, Unity, scalability, performance profiling techniques and optimization (CPU / GPU / Shaders / Models).
  • Advanced knowledge of building, implementing and improving art tools in Unity.
  • A superb understanding of the technical aspects of game art creation.
  • The chops to lead the creation of high-quality game art efficiently.

We are looking for an experienced Houdini Technical artist who will help develop and maintain procedural content generation tools for their art teams to populate beautiful living environments. You will be a part of the pipeline in simulation and destruction of assets for their different in-game scenarios.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Together with artists identify workflows for the procedural creation of both small and large-scale environments and assets. Analyse current pipelines and identify how to improve them with procedural tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

One Player Mission’s client, a developer of popular single and multiplayer multiplatform games, is currently looking for a UI/UX Programmer to join their team.

The right candidate will be working in a multidisciplinary team of experienced programmers, designers and artists, and will have the chance to make a significant impact in the development of our in-house games. As a UI/UX Programmer at this studio, you will use your experience to improve the usability and accessibility of live products and craft the user experience of products still in development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in UI programming
  • Good knowledge of C++
  • Strong communication skills (English is our working language)
  • An interest in keeping up to date with the newest trends in UI in the industry
  • Experience working in UE4 and UMG would be a plus, but it’s not a requirement.

RESPONISIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the UX designers and UI artists to ensure that UIs meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Careful attention to detail, especially with regard to compliance, layout, and design.
  • Optimize and fix bugs in existing UI systems.
  • Write robust, maintainable code.

One Player Missions client has over a decade of experience developing excellent games both in co-development and original IP!
Based in a great location in the of South France, this studio offers an amazing personal and professional growth for its employees. We are looking for experienced 3D Animators to join them on their upcoming action-adventure games.

This position is suitable for candidates with or without prior games industry experience. Unfortunately a VISA cannot be sponsored. Only applications eligible to work in Europe can be considered. French language skills is also advantageous but not essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demo Reel of your best animations (ideally in gameplay if possible).
  • Experience as a Gameplay Animator or Animator with a great eye for body mechanics (ideally on a AA or AAA game).
  • Mastery of body mechanics: locomotion, traversal animations etc. as displayed in your demo reel.
  • Great understanding of anatomy.
  • Good understanding of technical limitations related to real-time, 3D engines.
  • Excellent ability using 3D software, ideally Motion Builder or a willingness to learn and work with motion capture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Animating player, NPC characters and objects meant for real-time, with or without motion capture sources.
  • Taking part in motion capture sessions.
  • Ensuring that animations are properly integrated into the game.
