Claire is our Lead Art consultant and deals with all of OPM’s art related vacancies. Having spent four years in recruitment before joining OPM, Claire came to OPM wanting to do the job she loved in a fun and exciting industry. Claire started with OPM working in the programming division and after a few years moved onto the Art desk. Within the team she is our go-to-person when looking for advice and support and is always happy to help with anything that the team need. Claire spends most of her spare time with her rescue dog from Spain and her golden Labrador; they love nothing more than long walks and cuddles.

Jon is one of OPM’s Lead consultants and works on the art and animation side of things. Jon started having worked in recruitment and sales but being a hardcore gamer he’s now able to mix business with passion at OPM. During his time working with us he’s built up a great reputation in the industry as the go-to guy for animators and various other artists, needless to say he’s been incredibly successful. His knowledge of the recruitment process, his clients and candidates is second to none and everyone recognises how much he enjoys matching the two together.

Jon is not only a pleasant person to interact with but also very professional, adherent and engaged in your goals and visions and will always take whatever time needed up to make sure things are going in the right direction. For me he´s been truly invaluable and from what I have heard around, people like Jon are not easy to come by.
