Eligibility Criteria:
- Must reside in the UK and/or have the right to work in the UK.
- Should not have previous work experience in the games industry.
- Those who have previously worked in a different discipline within games but are now seeking to re-enter the workforce in a different capacity (e.g., Programmer to Community Manager) are also eligible.
Winners of the IG50 Awards will receive:
- Exposure to leading UK game recruiters.
- Their portfolio or pitch reviewed by prominent developers in the sector.
- Exclusive support to enhance employability and secure their first role.
- Professional headshot photography at no cost.
- Invitation to the Into Games Careers Festival at Develop in July.
